april 8, 2011 continuation

Today, I finally decided to go for a run. It has been more than a month since I ran. My treadmill broke and it was raining (my treadmill is outside) so I couldn’t do it. And plus I was lazy 🙂

I ran 1 mile. It felt good.

How did you sleep today?

I was so happy to see that it’s not raining when I woke up. There was even a little bit of sunshine 🙂

What are you guys doing today? Anything fun? Exciting?

For me it’s kind of a boring day. I have to finish cleaning up the house before my family comes home. And I got to get dressed because my sister’s friends are coming over and I don’t really want to be wearing my robe with a sloppy bun on top of my head hehe. I might go for a walk with my little brother and take some pictures.

My breakfast, which I ate a little too late for breakfast time. I didn't usually eat breakfast before, and I was always hungry by lunch time so I ate a lot. That did not work well for my diet. I did a little research and found out that I cannot skip breakfast. So I followed this fact and I lost weight, not gained it. So it's healthy to eat breakfast. So if you're trying to lose weight, don't skip breakfast like I did before.

1st day of my diet..

I did my 1st exercise today. It was an easy 30 minute cardio. I don't have a lot of free time so I try to do at least something. The food part wasn't very good, but I ate less and I'm not eating 2 hours before I go to sleep.
